a Registered One-
This is the last Will and Testament of me Peter Harvell of West Lullworth in the Count of Dorset Marriner Made and Published this Eighteen day of august Eighteen Hundred and Twenty Three in manner and Form as Followeth Viz I Give to Ann my beloved wife all my money Bills Bonds Notes of Hands or security for money Together with all my Household Goods and Furniture My Beds Beding Linen and woollen my Plate and China ware also all my Wearing apparel And all that I have Hold or Enjoy at the Time of my Decease I Give to the said Ann beloved wife and to her disposal for Ever And I do hereby nominate and appoint her my whole and sole Executrix To this my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and seal the Day and Date first above written Peter Harvel
