The Reverend HENRY JAMES FITZGERALD, Deceased.
Pursuant to the Act of Parliament of 22 and 23 Victoria, cap. 35, intituled " An Act to further amend the Laws of Property, and to relieve Trustees.*'
NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claim or demand against or upon the estate of the Reverend Henry James Fitzgerald, late of West Lulworth, in the county of Dorset, Clerk, deceased (who died on the 1st day of April, 1880, at West Lulworth aforesaid, and whose will, with two codicils thereto, was proved in the District Registry at Blandford of the Probate Division of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, on the 6th day of May, 1880, by Samuel Tucker, of Saint Andrew's Farm, in the parish of West Lulworth aforesaid, Yeoman, and James Symes Hull, in the will called James Hull, of Baltington Farm, in the parish of Tyneham, in the said county of Dorset, Yeoman, two of the executors named in the said will), are hereby required to send the particulars, in writing, of such claims or demands to the undersigned, on or before the 1st day of July, 1860, after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the debts or claims of which they shall then have had notice; and will not afterwards be liable for the assets so distributed, or any part thereof, to any person or persons of whose claim or demand they shall not then have had notice.—Dated this 29th day of May, 1880.
